This is a chapter about Space Shuttle from the book "The Universe" also made by childcraft.

A space shuttle is a winged rocket plane. It can land on ordinary airfields, and so it can be used many times. A space shuttle is used to launch satelites. It also recovers damaged satelites and returns to Earth . It may be used to carry people or supplies to a space station,too. When it is launch, a shuttle's nose is pointing towards the sky. It is powered by rocket booster motors and powerful engines. All 5 motors are started together. After a few minutes , the empty rocket boosters fall away and parachute to the sea . They are then recovered to use again.

I like this chapter beacause I love the way the chapter turn out. I think this book will be liked by science lovers.

Earth is a watery planet. More than two-thirds of Earth's surface is covered with water. That's good for all the living things in our world because animals and plants need water to live. Animals and plants live almost everywhere on Earth.

Earth is the third planet from the sun, and air surrounds it. The air is made of gases,such as Oxygen,Nitrogen, and Carbon Dioxide. These gases are needed for almost all living things to survive. Human beings breathe in Oxygen. Plants need Carbon dioxide.

I like this book because there also others storys about The sun and others. I think i will recomand this book to all ages above 8+ . This book is also about science!!

but hiding in a house.
He speaks werid english in funny ways
like "bellypoppers" mean helicopters.
I love this book because it is very funny,
people who read would laugh like mad!
i would recommend to children my age

There was a boy named Christopher who had many dream. He would often look out the window and wish that he could be outside playing instead of studying. Next to Christopher lived a kind old inventor named Dr.Finkle. Christoper loved seeing Dr.Finkle doing his different project. One day Christopher ask Dr.Finkle what was he doing this time he said that he inventing a remote that speed time. Dr.Finkle said that he said that it cannot make time go backward he still working on it. Christoper thought he could use it to skip his homework. Dr.finkle said to Christoper that it was not meant to use to skip homework trouble it for special occasions . One day Dr.finkle said t hat he would be leaving town and asked christopher to feed the cat when he gone.After school christopher went to feed the cat as he was walking he saw the time remote he rushed to the time remote and took it Christopher went to the nearby park and make sure no one was seeing him before he use it. He used it because he wanted to skip his test. He dialed in 2 hour he push the button. he saw his watch was almost dinner time. he disliked what his mother cooked and use the time remote to skip time ,he went down and saw desert. he forgoted to study for his math test so he use the time remote to skip time. Christopher close his eyes and dialed more time than ever!. Christoper became 18 year old and he thought that school days are over he can get a job and do whatever he wanted.He quickly found a job working in the store his boss complained that he was daydreaming and making a mess of the can. He quited his job and was finding others.he tried to serch f or other job but could not find. No want would hire him beacuse he had not skill. he dialed in three year with hope. after a few day days he went to see the manger if he could work on the machine then sweeping the floor. his boss said that he have to take a math test brfore he could change job. he said never mind and went out.He keep using the time remote to skip time. meanwhile he got married and had a babbies boy. Whenever he became sick he would alaways the time remote. Christopher wish that he could become a kid again. With anger christopher threw the time remote into the water it smashed against a rock. he saw a red button and press it. suddenly he became a kid again he was very happy he saw his mon waving at him he ran home. Christopher went to his mon and dad and hug them.

One day, all the animals came to Pride Rock. They came to see Simba, the new lion cub. Simba's father's name was Mufasa. He was the king of all the animals. But Simba's uncle, Scar, wanted to be king! Simba & his friend, Nala, went out to play. While they were out playing, Scar sent out three hyenas to kill them. Simba & Nala ran into a cave to explore that are hidden . Out of the blue, Mufasa saw the hyenas & chased the hyenas away. Mufasa took Simba to look at the stars and Mufasa said, "One day , you will be the king."

The next day,the hyenas chased the animals.Simba was trapped.Mufasa went to save himbut Scar pushed him off the rocks.Mufasa was dead.Scar was now king.Simba ran off into the jungle.There,he met Pumbaa and Timon''You can stay with us.''they said

Many years later, Nala found Simba. "You must come home," she said. "No," said Simba. "I like it here." Simba looked into the water. He saw Mufasa. "You must go home, Simba," said Mufasa. "You are the king." Simba went back to Pride Rock. Scar tried to kill Simba, but he fell off the rock. Simba became king. Soon, he anf Nala had a baby cub. Everyone was happy again.

I thing that everyone should read it.On all the Tintin books I have read all of them are funny,adventerous and unespakted. sometimes I will thing that I am in the book.Sometimes I will laugh so hard that my Father will ask me if I was a goat.I wish that I can read all the books on Tintin.

The story starts with the girl Quincie's family redecorating the family restaurant with a vampire theme. Soon the chef is killed by a werewolf and the new chef turns out to be a vampire!

From there things go crazy as werewolf pack and vampire fight with Quincie caught in the middle. In the end Quincies boyfriend "Kieren" is turned into a werewolf and she a vampire. She nearly kills him at the request of the vampire Bradley, but in the end no one wins and she bids them both goodbye.

A tragic, dark, gothic romance.
